Konteki "Pearls of Simplicity" is a premium Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, inspired by the Zen Buddhist concept of wabi-sabi — the philosophy that true beauty is understated and pure, like a simple strand of pearls. It is brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice, widely regarded as the finest sake rice in Japan, grown by renowned rice farmer Masayasu Tanaka.

This sake is polished to 50% (Seimaibuai 50%), classifying it as a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a Nihonshu-Do of +2, an acidity of 1.5, and an alcohol content of 15.5%. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers and Asian pear. The palate delivers clean, refined flavors of honeydew melon, lemon, and a subtle hint of licorice, with an elegant finish marked by rich minerality and gentle rice texture.

Best enjoyed chilled on its own or paired with scallops, pork, and other light meats. Each case contains six 720ml bottles.
