Privacy Policy

What we collect

For web accounts and Premium Web, we collect:

• Your email address for sign-in and account access.
• Session and login-token hashes, plus a session cookie ("wr_session").
• Subscription details such as your Premium expiration and payment-provider customer and subscription IDs.
• Daily usage records used to enforce Premium Web fair-use limits (item views and history requests).
• Preferred store selections you save in your account.
• Business access requests, including any optional message you provide, to review and respond to your application.

Premium Web Business usage

For Premium Web Business customers, we record API and CSV export activity, including account and API key identifiers, requested items, timestamps, credit usage, IP addresses, and client information. We use these records for billing and credit accounting, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting.

Optional warehouse newsletter

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we store your email address, the warehouse you chose, and a record of your consent. You only receive the newsletter after confirming your email. Having an account or Premium does not subscribe you.

Our newsletters contain no tracking pixels or click tracking. You can change your warehouse or unsubscribe at any time using the links in any newsletter email, without signing in. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not affect your account or Premium.

Infrastructure and security data

Our hosting provider may process technical request data (for example IP address, user agent, and security signals) for hosting, bot protection, and web analytics.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, deliver Premium Web features, enforce plan limits, operate billing flows, manage voluntary newsletter subscriptions and related emails, and protect service reliability and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We rely on trusted service providers for payment processing, hosting, and email delivery. They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Data sales and ad tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party ad tracking SDKs on this web app.

Retention and deletion

Premium Web Business diagnostic request IDs, IP addresses, client information, and response diagnostics are removed from our active usage records during daily cleanup after 90 days. We retain limited billing and credit records as needed for accounting, resolving disputes, and legal obligations.

To delete your account or newsletter data, email privacy@warehouserunner.com and we will remove it within 30 days, except for limited Business records that remain necessary for billing, security, or legal obligations. We also retain the minimal record needed to honor your unsubscribe request and anything else we are legally required to keep.
