This 750ml bottle showcases the estate's flagship red wine, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in one of the Willamette Valley's southernmost and coolest growing regions.

The wine is crafted using 100% whole-cluster fermentation, a technique that builds tannic structure and creates a lingering, complex finish. It opens with aromas of blackberries and white pepper, evolving into notes of persimmon and western red cedar, and finishing with heirloom tomato and sunbaked soil. The wine is known for its crunchy texture, tight acidity, and subtly outward-spiraling character shaped by the cool maritime breezes of the valley.
