Domaines Schlumberger Pinot Blanc is a classic Alsatian white wine from one of the most celebrated family estates in the Alsace region of France, with roots dating back to 1810. The wine is a blend of approximately 30% Pinot Blanc and 70% Auxerrois, sourced from Schlumberger's renowned Grand Cru and premier plots including Saering, Spiegel, Bux, and Bollenberg.

In the glass, it presents a light golden yellow color with green reflections, bright and limpid. The nose is expressive and pleasant, offering dominant notes of butter and brioche alongside subtle hints of green apple and pistachio. On the palate, the wine is moderately ample with a well-balanced alcoholic base, evolving through flavors of white-flesh fruits, apple, butter, and slightly smoked brioche, with a refreshing and vivacious finish.

This versatile food wine pairs excellently with pâté, roasted pork, lamb tagine, meat fondue, roasted white meats, game, and a wide selection of cheeses. Best served at 16°C (61°F). Each case contains 12 bottles of 750 mL.
