Domaine Matrot Bourgogne Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay from the Bourgogne AOC appellation in Burgundy, France, produced by the family-run Domaine Matrot estate headquartered in Meursault. The domaine was established in the early 20th century by Joseph Matrot and has been farmed organically since 2000. Today, sisters Adèle and Elsa Matrot oversee winemaking, maintaining the estate's commitment to purity of fruit and terroir-driven character.

Often described as a "baby Meursault," this Bourgogne Blanc is fruity and round, with aromas of grilled nuts and subtle spice. Grapes are drawn from estate vineyards in the greater Côte de Beaune area and aged partially in French oak to add depth while preserving the wine's natural freshness and bright acidity.

An approachable and food-friendly white Burgundy, it pairs well with charcuterie, roasted chicken, grilled fish, and soft cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Sold as a single 750 mL bottle; available by the case of 12.
