Laoban Beef Pho Soup Dumplings are filled with all-natural Angus beef, cilantro, Thai basil, and rich pho broth wrapped in delicate dumpling wrappers. Created by Michelin-awarded Chef Tim Ma, these soup dumplings pay homage to the bosses of Chinese dumpling shops, crafting delicious dumplings from scratch using all natural, premium ingredients. The dumplings feature a rich beefy broth and tender meat that taste like authentic Vietnamese pho in every bite.
Each dumpling can be steamed, pan-fried, or microwaved for convenience. To steam, bring water to a rolling boil, line a steamer with parchment paper or a piece of cabbage, place dumplings on the steamer, cover, and steam for 12 minutes. To pan-fry, heat pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons oil, place dumplings in pan, add enough water to just cover the bottom of the pan, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and keep cooking until water evaporates and bottoms are brown, about 5 minutes.
