Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory, combining select malt and grain whiskies from three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. Aged in five different types of casks including rare Japanese Mizunara oak, this whisky exemplifies the art of Japanese blending and craftsmanship. Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

The nose reveals floral notes of rose and lychee, with hints of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood, and honey. The palate offers honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate, with subtle grapefruit and yellow raisin notes in a silky, mouth-coating texture. The finish is subtle and tender, with delicate hints of Mizunara oak lingering on the palate.

Launched in 1989 for Suntory's 90th anniversary, Hibiki (meaning "resonance" in Japanese) is Japan's most highly awarded blended whisky. The distinctive 24-faceted bottle design represents the traditional Japanese seasonal calendar. Gold Medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2025.
