Also known as Doogh, Ayran, or Laban Drink across the Middle East and Mediterranean regions, this refreshing drink is made by blending cultured yogurt with water and a touch of salt. Each 64 fl oz (half-gallon) jug offers a tangy, savory flavor that pairs perfectly with sandwiches, snacks, or enjoyed on its own as a light, hydrating refreshment.

The yogurt drink is made with rBST-free Grade A California whole milk and contains no added sugar and no artificial colors. It is fresh and never UHT (ultra-high-temperature) treated after incubation, preserving the full population of live active probiotic cultures. Six strains of beneficial bacteria are present: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, L. Casei, L. Rhamnosus, and Bifidobacterium. These cultures are low in calories and cholesterol and are well-tolerated by many people sensitive to lactose.
