Bale Breaker Brewing's Topcutter IPA is the flagship West Coast India Pale Ale from this Yakima, Washington brewery, crafted to showcase the finest hops grown in the Yakima Valley. Sold as a case containing four 6-packs of 12 oz cans (24 cans total).

Named after the farm equipment used to remove hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressively hopped beer. Late additions of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops deliver a complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor with notes of pine, grapefruit, and flowers. The beer pours with a firm bitterness at 70 IBUs and 6.8% ABV.

Brewed with 2-Row, Pilsner, and Munich malts and fermented with Bale Breaker's house yeast strain, Topcutter is available year-round and has been recognized by Men's Journal as one of the 25 Best American IPAs and one of the 101 Best Beers in America, as well as by Food & Wine as one of the Best IPAs in America.
