Crafted by a four-generation, family-owned Wisconsin creamery in Muscoda, this artisan cheese blends wild, earthy morel mushrooms with delicately flavored leeks into a creamy Jack base. Master Cheesemaker Larry Harris won the 2017 U.S. Cheese Championship Contest's Best of Class for Monterey Jack cheeses.
