Fremont Brewing's Barrel Aged Series is a celebrated line of limited-release craft beers from Seattle, Washington, available in 22oz wax-dipped bottles. The flagship release is the Barrel Aged Dark Star Imperial Oatmeal Stout, a rich and complex stout blended from batches aged 8 to 24 months in 7-to-12-year-old Kentucky bourbon barrels.

The roasted and chocolate malts complement smooth flaked oats, delivering a stout wrapped in the warm embrace of bourbon barrel aging. A touch of sweetness balances the hops for a refined, lingering finish. The beer clocks in at 14.8% ABV and 50 IBUs, brewed with 2-Row Pale, Roast Barley, Crystal-60, Chocolate, and Carafa-2 malts along with Columbus, Willamette, and Cascade hops.
