Caiarossa is the flagship red wine of the Caiarossa estate, situated on the Tuscan Coast (Costa Toscana) in Italy. Produced under the IGT Toscana designation, this prestigious blend is crafted from estate-grown grapes harvested entirely by hand across multiple vineyard parcels.

The blend varies by vintage but typically draws from Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot, and Grenache. Each variety and plot is vinified separately in concrete and wooden tanks using slow fermentations and soft extractions, before being blended and aged approximately 14 months in French oak barriques. Alcohol is typically 14–14.5%. The wine expresses the complexity, freshness, and energy of the Tuscan Coast terroir, with velvety tannins, remarkable balance, and deep elegance.

Caiarossa has earned consistent acclaim from leading wine critics, with scores of 93–97 points across James Suckling, Wine Spectator, Decanter, Falstaff, Vinous, and Wine Enthusiast. The estate is owned by the Albada Jelgersma family and directed by Alexander Van Beek.
