Kilchoman is an independent farm distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, founded in 2005. It is one of the smallest and most remote distilleries on Islay and one of the few in Scotland to control the entire whisky-making process from barley to bottle, including traditional floor malting on-site. The distillery sits on the west coast of Islay near Machir Bay, giving its whisky a distinctly maritime, coastal character.

This Islay single malt Scotch whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts, producing a well-balanced and complex expression. The nose offers citrus zest, crumbly vanilla biscuits, and wafts of elegant peat smoke. The palate opens with tropical fruit and dried raisins, with warming smoke throughout. The finish is long and rewarding, with sherried fruit, cracked black pepper, and Kilchoman's signature coastal peat character.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this whisky is non-chill filtered and showcases Kilchoman's heavily peated Islay style in an approachable and food-friendly format. It has earned multiple international accolades including Gold at the International Spirits Challenge and Gold at The Scotch Whisky Masters.
