Dragoon Brewing Co. IPA is a classic West Coast India Pale Ale brewed in Tucson, Arizona since 2012. With an ABV of 7.3% and IBUs of 83, this bold, hop-forward beer pours a clear, deep copper-gold color with a creamy white head and notable lacing. Dragoon IPA is built on a simple malt bill of North American base and pale caramel malt, with generous additions of Northwest hop varieties — Summit, Columbus, Magnum, and Zythos — throughout the boil, with the majority added in the final 15 minutes for maximum hop character. After fermentation, the beer is dry-hopped with the same hop varieties for added aroma and depth.

Tasting notes lead with dank, citrusy, and herbal hop aromas — think grapefruit rind, orange peel, and pine resin — underscored by a smooth, slightly sweet malt backbone.
