Domaine Fillon & Fils Chablis Premier Cru is a dry white wine from the renowned Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Produced by the family-owned Domaine Fillon & Fils, which was established in the early 20th century and opened its first tasting cellar in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in 1935, this wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown across 90 acres of Burgundy vineyards under the care of winemakers Hervé and Frédérique Fillon.

As a Premier Cru designation, this Chablis represents some of the finest terroir the region has to offer. The wine is defined by its crisp, mineral-driven character — a hallmark of the Chablis style — with fresh aromas of white peony, Granny Smith apple, lemon juice, and white peach backed by chalky minerality. On the palate, expect zesty acidity with flavors of grapefruit, lemon, white peach, and apricot, finishing cleanly with vibrant salinity. It pairs beautifully with oysters, seafood, shellfish, and soft cheeses.

Each bottle is 750ML with a cork closure and approximately 13% ABV.
