J. Henry & Sons Wisconsin Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small-batch craft bourbon produced on a third-generation family farm in Wisconsin. Made with heirloom red corn, winter wheat, and Spooner rye grown directly on the Henry farmstead, this bourbon reflects a distinctly Midwestern grain bill and a deep commitment to estate-grown ingredients.

Each batch is slow-aged in large barrels inside a rustic barn on the property, where uncontrolled Wisconsin temperatures allow the seasons to naturally drive the bourbon in and out of the charred oak.
