This Pinot Noir showcases fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry echoed by bright flavors to match, with subtle floral notes of hibiscus and a touch of white peppercorn peeking through on the finish. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 9 months, developing refined phenolic characteristics with a classically Monterey fruit profile.
