Shannon Ridge High Elevation Petite Sirah is a bold, full-bodied red wine sourced from high-elevation vineyards in Lake County, California's North Coast appellation. The Shannon Family of Wines farms over 2,000 acres of mountain terrain in Lake County, and this Petite Sirah showcases the intensity and structure that comes from fruit grown at altitude with minimal intervention.

Picked at the peak of ripeness, the wine delivers rich dark fruit flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and hints of cranberry, layered with notes of black pepper, warm cedar, and baking spice. After nine months of aging in a combination of French and American oak, the wine develops toasted vanilla complexity alongside prominent, chewy tannins and a long, fruit-forward finish.

This wine pairs exceptionally well with lamb, hearty pasta, grilled meats, and aged cheeses. The bottle contains 750 mL at 13.5% ABV.
