PSI is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, Spain, crafted by Peter Sisseck — the Danish winemaker celebrated for the legendary Pingus label. Sisseck arrived in Spain in 1993 and created PSI as a collaborative project with independent vineyard growers across the Ribera del Duero region, incentivizing them to adopt biodynamic and sustainable farming practices, lower yields, and eliminate chemical inputs.

The wine is a blend of approximately 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha, delivering a fresh and expressive nose of cherries, currants, and raspberries with hints of pepper. It has a full body, beautifully fine-grained tannins, and a long, flavorful finish. The style is clean and polished with contained ripeness and an elegant, sleek texture. PSI has earned strong critical recognition, including 95 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. It is produced under the Dominio de Pingus estate.
