Kirkland Signature Seasoned Pork Baby Back Ribs are pre-seasoned with Flavor Connections Rib Rub & Seasoning, featuring a slightly sweet and smoky flavor profile. The seasoning blend contains salt, sugar, black pepper, chili pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, onion, and safflower oil. These meaty baby back ribs have the membrane already removed and come ready to cook.
The ribs are sold by the pound from the service deli and require cooking before serving. They can be prepared in the oven at 350°F for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, on a grill for about 2 hours, or in a Traeger smoker at 275°F for 2.5 to 3 hours. The ribs are fully cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 180°F to 190°F and the meat easily separates from the bones. The seasoning is flavorful enough that barbecue sauce is optional, though many prefer to brush on BBQ sauce during the final 20-25 minutes of cooking.
The ribs feature a decent amount of tender meat on each bone with minimal fat. Once cooked, they can be refrigerated in airtight containers for 3 to 4 days and reheated in a 350°F oven wrapped in aluminum foil until reaching 160°F internal temperature.
