Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 93-proof (46.5% ABV) expression produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. Handcrafted by Paul and Steve Beam, seventh-generation members of the legendary Beam distilling family, this bourbon is a masterful marriage of two high-rye Kentucky straight bourbons — one aged four years and another aged seven years.

The Beam brothers set out to create "a well-rounded bourbon — a spicy rye taste at first, rounding out with caramel notes and a rich, brown sugar finish that highlights Kentucky tradition." The nose opens with spicy aromas of rye toast and cinnamon spice, while the palate delivers caramel, melted butter, and leathered cherries. The finish is slightly tangy, with additional notes of burnt brown sugar and cloves.

The Yellowstone name carries a heritage dating back to the late 1800s, when J.B. Dant began distilling using a distinctive "log still" — a hollowed tree trunk lined with copper pipes. The brand later united the Dant and Beam families at the Yellowstone Distillery. After passing through several owners including Diageo and Luxco, the brand was revitalized through a partnership with Paul and Steve Beam, who drew on an old family recipe to produce this award-winning expression. Sold in a 750ml bottle, it arrives as a case of six from the distillery.
