AppleCare+ for MacBook Pro 14" M3 Pro/Max extends your Apple hardware and software coverage to three full years from the AppleCare+ purchase date. Sold at Costco as a standalone protection plan (model SL9L2LL/A), this plan is designed specifically for the MacBook Pro 14-inch with M3 Pro or M3 Max chip.

The plan includes Apple-Certified Service and Support, 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, and global repair coverage. Repair options include mail-in service using a prepaid Apple-provided shipping box, carry-in service at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, and onsite repair for desktop computers. Covered hardware includes the MacBook Pro M3 itself, its battery, included accessories such as the power adapter, Apple memory (RAM), AirPort, and Apple USB SuperDrive.

AppleCare+ adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection from handling, with each incident subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for all other damage, plus applicable tax. Battery service is included when the battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity. Software support covers macOS, iCloud, Apple-branded apps (Photos, iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, Keynote), printer connectivity, and AirPort network setup.
