AppleCare+ for the MacBook Air 15" M3 (model SLPL2LL/A) is a three-year protection plan that extends hardware and software coverage from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. This plan covers your MacBook Air computer, battery, Apple memory (RAM), included accessories such as the power adapter, and the Apple USB SuperDrive.

Plan holders receive 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, along with global repair coverage. Repair service options include mail-in repair using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple, or carry-in service at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Accidental damage protection covers unlimited incidents, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax. Battery service coverage is also included.

Software support covers using macOS and iCloud, connecting to printers and wireless networks, and how-to questions for Apple-branded apps including Photos, iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and pro apps such as Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro.
