Metal Bender Red Blend is a Napa Valley wine crafted by Stringer Cellars. The "Metal Bender" name honors the Stringer family's manufacturing business in Wisconsin, which stamps, machines, and fabricates metal components used throughout American industry — making the family true "metal benders."

The 2021 vintage is a blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Syrah, and 14% Petite Sirah, sourced from nine different vineyards spread across Napa Valley sub-appellations including Calistoga, Carneros, Oakville, and Atlas Peak. The wine was aged 14 months in 42% new French oak barrels and spent an average of 21 days on its skins before pressing. It pours a nearly opaque purple with a crimson edge, offering an explosive nose of graphite, bing cherry, and perfumed violet. On the palate it is slick and silky with pure red fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins, and a long, perfumed finish. Technical specifications: pH 3.72, total acidity 6.2 g/L, alcohol 14.7% by volume.
