Domaine Doucet Sancerre is a classic expression of the renowned Sancerre appellation from France's Loire Valley, crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The Doucet family has been producing wine in the region since 1975, farming nearly 30 acres of vineyards in and around Sury-en-Vaux. Their vineyards feature the distinctive soils of Sancerre — chalk clay (Terres Blanches), silex, and caillottes (a limestone and marl mixture) — which lend the wine its hallmark minerality and freshness.

The wine is intensely aromatic and complex, with white flower notes alongside flavors of peach, grapefruit, and tangerine. Bright citrus character, lively acidity, and a distinctive flinty minerality define the palate, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to fresh seafood, oysters, goat cheese, and light salads.
