CUNE Rioja Reserva is a classic Spanish red wine from Rioja Alta, produced by C.V.N.E. (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España), a family-owned winery founded in Haro in 1879. This Reserva is crafted primarily from handpicked Tempranillo grapes (85%), blended with Mazuelo, Graciano, and Garnacha Tinta (15%).

The wine ages for a minimum of 18 months in 225-liter American and French oak barrels, followed by an additional 18 months of bottle aging before release. This extended aging process imparts notes of black cherry, licorice, leather, vanilla, and spice on the nose. On the palate, it delivers great balance and structure with a smooth texture, ripe and juicy fruit flavors, and touches of chocolate. It finishes dry, grippy, and long with a lingering vanilla character. Alcohol content is 14%. Residual sugar is 2 g/L.
