The ReSound Multi Mic is a portable wireless microphone accessory designed for use with ReSound hearing aids. It streams speech and audio directly to compatible hearing instruments, extending the hearing range by up to 25 meters (80 feet) in clear line of sight with less than 20 milliseconds of latency to prevent echo and lip-sync issues.

The Multi Mic features multiple operating modes. When clipped onto a speaker's clothing, it functions as a directional microphone optimized for one-on-one conversations in noisy environments. When placed flat on a table, it automatically switches to an omnidirectional mode to pick up voices from multiple speakers around the table. It also connects to loop and FM systems and includes a mini-jack input for streaming audio from virtually any device with a headphone output.

The device includes a built-in rechargeable battery charged via USB. The package comes with the Multi Mic unit, a USB cable, an audio cable, a fabric lanyard, a fabric pouch, and a user information manual. Up to three ReSound streaming devices can be paired with a single set of hearing instruments.
