Xyzal Allergy 24HR is a prescription-strength antihistamine that provides fast-acting relief from indoor and outdoor allergy symptoms. This package contains two bottles of 55 tablets each for a total of 110 tablets, with each tablet containing 5mg of the active ingredient levocetirizine dihydrochloride.

Xyzal starts working in as little as 45 minutes and provides 24-hour relief that is as effective at hour 24 as it is at hour 1. It relieves sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, runny nose, and itchy nose or throat. The medication works 50% faster than Claritin on the first dose and delivers the same relief as Zyrtec in a pill nearly half the size. It lasts up to 6 times longer than Benadryl based on label dosing instructions.

For best results, take one tablet once daily in the evening. Adults 65 years and older should consult a doctor before use. Children ages 12-64 can take one tablet in the evening, while children ages 6-11 should take half a tablet in the evening. Do not use if you have kidney disease or if you are under 6 years of age. This product is HSA and FSA eligible.

Active ingredient per tablet: Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg (antihistamine). Inactive ingredients: colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, titanium dioxide.
