Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750ml bottle, this expression is a hallmark of the distillery's signature sherry-cask maturation philosophy.

The whisky begins its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, building a foundation of soft vanilla and honey. The liquid is then divided, with one portion continuing its maturation in bourbon casks while the other is transferred into exclusive 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts. The two portions are finally reunited, harmonizing the influence of the different casks into a complex and elegant spirit.

On the nose, the Dalmore 12 offers enticing hints of citrus fruits, chocolate, and aromatic spices. The palate delivers rich notes of Seville oranges, dried fruits, and delicate vanilla pod.
