The Proctor Silex 37560R is a commercial-grade electric rice cooker and warmer designed for high-volume foodservice environments. It cooks up to 30 cups of raw rice, yielding 60 cups of cooked rice per batch, making it ideal for restaurants, catering operations, buffets, and institutional kitchens.

The unit features insulated double-wall stainless steel construction that retains heat efficiently throughout the cooking cycle. Once cooking is complete, it automatically shifts to keep-warm mode so rice stays at serving temperature without overcooking. The heated, lined lid ensures even cooking and includes a trigger handle — press and lift to open — along with a removable liner for easy cleanup. A condensation collection cup prevents drips.
