Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from organically grown estate grapes in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, at an elevation of 4,000 feet in the foothills of the Andes. The high altitude and significant thermal amplitude allow the grapes to ripen fully while retaining excellent natural acidity. This wine is produced by Argentina's #1 certified organic winery.

Fermented entirely in stainless steel with no time spent in oak, the wine presents a deep ruby color with aromas of dried dark fruit and earthy minerality. On the palate it is medium-plus in body with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, leading into a tart and juicy finish. Residual sugar is just 2.3 g/L, making it dry and food-friendly. The wine is certified organic, vegan-friendly, and carries a James Suckling score of 90 points. Alcohol content is 14%. Sold in cases of 12 x 750 mL bottles.
