Calumet Farm Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky—the heart of bourbon and horse country. Each small batch of 50 barrels is crafted from hand-selected premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels, using a high-rye mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, then aged in deeply charred (#4) new American oak barrels. The current expression blends 17-year-old and 7-year-old straight bourbons and is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV) by Three Springs Bottling Company in Bowling Green, KY.

On the nose, sweet caramel cream and butterscotch intertwine with dried cherry and baked pear. The palate reveals smooth accents of banana bread and light brown sugar alongside intensifying oak spice and a subtle smoky char, supported by caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla bean.
