Viña Tabalí Talinay Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard white wine from the Limarí Valley in northern Chile, approximately 300 miles north of Santiago. The Talinay vineyard sits just 12 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, benefiting from constant cool sea breezes and the coolest microclimate in the entire valley, with summer temperatures reaching only 23.5°C — enabling an extended growing season and harvest 2–3 weeks later than other coastal areas in Chile.

What distinguishes this wine is its extraordinary terroir: the vineyard is planted in ancient marine terrace soils rich in calcareous limestone, a geological phenomenon unique in Chile. These porous, fractured limestone soils allow vine roots to penetrate deep into the rock, which acts as a natural hydric regulator and source of calcium carbonate, imparting the kind of distinctive minerality found in the world's most celebrated white wine regions.

The grapes undergo careful cluster selection and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures (11–13°C), preserving the wine's vibrant aromatics and freshness. On the nose, it displays spring flowers, elderflower, and herbaceous citrus aromas. The palate is crisp and lively, offering clean flavors of lime, lemon, and nettle elevated by striking acidity and pure limestone minerality. The finish is long and elegant.
