Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a craft small-batch bourbon made with traditionally grown corn, rye, and malted barley cultivated exclusively on the Omlin Family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grains are mashed and distilled in their Woodinville distillery, then transported over the Cascade Mountains for barreling and aging in private barrel houses. Central Washington's extreme temperature cycles promote natural flavor extraction from the oak barrel wood. The barrel wood is seasoned in open air for 18 months to soften harsh tannins before being deeply toasted and heavily charred to enrich desirable flavors. This straight bourbon whiskey is aged over 5 years and bottled at 90 proof.
