Hanzell "Sebella" Chardonnay is a white wine produced and bottled by Hanzell Vineyards in Sonoma, California. It is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Sonoma County, including vineyards in the Moon Mountain District of Sonoma Valley. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for approximately six months in neutral French oak barrels, a winemaking approach that preserves the grape's natural character while adding subtle structure.

The resulting wine captures classic Hanzell minerality alongside bright fruit and the signature aroma of Chardonnay flowers in bloom. Tasting notes include salted lemon peel, pomelo, apricot, and chalk on the nose, with a restrained, elegant palate. Proprietor Alexander de Brye describes it as approachable today for its youthful exuberance, with the structure to cellar for many years of further enjoyment.
