Prep & Pastry opened in 2014 as the flagship concept of Ares Collective, founded by Nathan Ares. The restaurant has earned a devoted following for its scratch-made dishes, locally sourced produce, and vibrant atmosphere. Locations are found in Old Town Scottsdale and two Tucson locations (Central and East). The menu features inventive takes on classic brunch fare, including housemade pastries, decadent egg dishes, and craft cocktails.

Gift cards are valid at participating Prep & Pastry locations throughout Arizona. Tucson locations are open daily from 7am to 3pm; the Scottsdale location is open Monday through Thursday 8am to 2pm and Friday through Sunday 7am to 3pm. This item is non-refundable once purchased.
