Granbazán Etiqueta Verde is a 100% Albariño white wine from Rías Baixas DO, produced by Bodegas Granbazán in the Val do Salnés subregion of Galicia, northwestern Spain. The winery works with approximately 80 farming families cultivating over 100 micro-plots in granitic soils near the Ría de Arousa, where ocean breezes from the Atlantic temper the Spanish sun and lend the wines their signature coastal character. Founded in 1988, Granbazán has earned recognition as one of the most forward-thinking producers in all of Galicia, praised by Decanter as "one of the very best wineries in its region."

The Etiqueta Verde (green label) is crafted from a combination of free-run juice and lightly pressed juice, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, then aged on fine lees for a minimum of four months before bottling. This lees aging develops complexity and texture while preserving the grape's inherent freshness. The wine pours a bright, pale golden color with green highlights. On the nose, it delivers vivid aromas of white peach, apricot, Kaffir lime, citrus zest, peach blossom, and a distinctive oyster-shell minerality. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, flavors of ripe nectarine, tropical fruit, and citrus, all framed by a saline, marine-breeze freshness that carries through to a long, elegant finish.

This wine earned 94 points and an Editor's Choice designation from Wine Enthusiast. It pairs beautifully with fresh seafood ceviche, chilled mussels, oysters on the half shell, grilled fish, vegetables, and cheese boards featuring triple-cream or Spanish Cabrales.
