This American Petroleum Institute certified solution contains 32.5% ultra-pure automotive-grade urea and 67.5% deionized water, formulated to meet ISO-22241-1 international standards for purity and composition.

When injected into the exhaust stream and passed over a catalytic converter, BlueDEF converts harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapor, helping diesel vehicles meet environmental compliance standards. The fluid is stable, colorless, odorless, non-flammable, and non-toxic, classified as minimum risk for transportation.
