Orchids are epiphytic plants that thrive in indirect light—ideal for coffee tables or kitchen islands rather than sunny windowsills. They require minimal watering: approximately 3 oz of water per week. The transparent grow pot allows easy root inspection: green and wet roots indicate no watering is needed, while light green to grey roots signal it is time to water. Keep the plant in temperatures between 60°F and 80°F and away from cold drafts, direct wind, or ice.
