Marco Bonfante Perste' Roero Arneis DOCG is a distinguished white wine from the Roero region of Piedmont, Italy, crafted from 100% Arneis grapes. The name "Perste'" means "Per Stefano" (For Stefano), a tribute to the winemaker Micaela Bonfante's first son who joined the family in 2014. The Bonfante family has been producing wines in Nizza Monferrato for eight generations, with the Marco Bonfante winery established in 2000.

This wine displays an intense straw yellow color with aromatic notes of peach, apricot, ripe pears, and candied lemons. On the palate, it reveals impressive structure and minerality, offering a smooth, fresh, and well-balanced profile with clean acidity. The grapes are grown in vineyards rich in calcareous clay marl and sand, harvested in the second half of September, and vinified at controlled temperatures in steel tanks with brief refinement on the lees.

Roero Arneis DOCG pairs beautifully with shellfish, pasta, mature and hard cheeses, lean fish, and cured meats. It is ideal as an aperitif or alongside classic Piedmontese dishes such as vitello tonnato, stuffed zucchini flowers, white meat, or raw porcini mushroom salad.
