A bulk case of Wilcox Family Farms Cage Free Grade AA Large Eggs, containing 15 cartons of one dozen eggs each for a total of 180 eggs. Ideal for food service operations, restaurants, cafeterias, and large households that require a reliable, high-volume egg supply.
These eggs carry the USDA Grade AA designation — the highest quality classification — indicating thick and firm whites, high and round yolks practically free from defects, and clean, unbroken shells. Wilcox Family Farms has been farming in the Pacific Northwest since 1909, operating on 1,600 acres of land along the Nisqually River in the foothills of Mt. Rainier, Washington State. Now in its fifth generation, the family farm is committed to sustainable agriculture and animal welfare.
The hens are Certified Humane cage-free, raised in spacious barn environments with access to the outdoors rather than confined in individual cages. Wilcox provides supplemental food and water while allowing natural behaviors. The eggs are not labeled organic, as the farm's barn-and-porch outdoor access model falls within an ongoing regulatory debate about what constitutes adequate outdoor access for organic certification.
