The wine is aged 14 months in traditional small oak barrels, lending depth, structure, and complexity. Paso Robles' warm days and cool nights produce grapes with classic Cabernet character: dark ruby in the glass with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, cigar box, cocoa, and subtle purple floral notes. On the palate, flavors of ripe dark fruit are framed by balanced oak, vanilla spice, and brioche, with a full body and a long, lingering finish. Alcohol by volume is 15%.
