Each hand-selected barrel is sourced from the "center cut" of Wild Turkey's warehouses (levels 3-5), where minimal temperature variation ensures the highest consistency of flavor. Bottled at 104 proof (52% ABV), this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its rich amber color and full-bodied character.

The whiskey offers a complex fruity aroma of bananas, vanilla, almonds, mint, and apple crisp, leading to a palate filled with rhubarb, cinnamon spice, worn leather, and oak.
