Kirkland Signature AllerClear-D 24HR Extended Release Tablets is a combination antihistamine and nasal decongestant that compares to Claritin-Dยฎ. Each extended-release tablet contains Loratadine USP 10 mg (antihistamine) and Pseudoephedrine Sulfate USP 240 mg (nasal decongestant), delivering full 24-hour symptom relief in a single daily dose.
This non-drowsy formula temporarily relieves sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies. It also reduces nasal passage swelling and relieves sinus congestion and pressure. The extended-release design means one tablet provides all-day relief without the need for repeat dosing.
Adults and children 12 years and older should take one tablet daily with a full glass of water, not exceeding one tablet per 24 hours. Tablets should not be divided, crushed, chewed, or dissolved. This product is available behind the pharmacy counter. Do not use if you are currently taking or have taken MAO inhibitor drugs within the past two weeks. Consult a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate, or liver or kidney disease. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs.
