Starmont Pinot Noir Carneros is a California red wine from the Carneros appellation, produced by Starmont Winery & Vineyards, the second label of Merryvale Vineyards in Napa Valley. Carneros is a cool-climate growing region straddling Napa and Sonoma counties, known for producing elegant, fruit-forward Pinot Noir.

This medium- to full-bodied Pinot Noir offers bright red and dark cherry aromas complemented by subtle herbal undertones of fresh fennel and mushroom-laden forest floor, all framed by a hint of cigar box from light use of new French oak. On the palate, it delivers fresh brightness with soft tannins on the mid-palate and a long, pleasing finish. Flavor notes include boysenberry, black tea, black plum, forest floor, and mushroom.
