Absolut Elyx Single Estate Handcrafted Vodka is a luxury Swedish vodka distilled from soft winter wheat grown on the Råbelöf estate in southern Sweden, where wheat has been cultivated since the 1400s. It is manually distilled using a vintage copper column still from 1921 by Master Distiller Krister Asplund and his team, producing an exceptionally smooth vodka with real character. The copper surfaces throughout the distillation process have a catalytic effect on trace compounds, resulting in a naturally smooth spirit.

Bottled at 42.3% ABV (84.6 proof), Absolut Elyx is crafted entirely from seed to bottle within a 15-mile radius using water from a nearby aquifer. The tasting profile features aromas of fresh bread, white chocolate, and light cereal with mellow spice. On the palate it is full-bodied with notes of macadamia nuts, cereal, white chocolate, and buttery undertones, finishing gently warming with gentle spice and nuttiness. This bottle is 1 liter.
