Archery Summit "Vireton" Pinot Gris is a crisp, aromatic white wine sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested and whole cluster pressed, then allowed to settle for 24 hours before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. Cold fermentation with select Alsatian-style yeasts preserves the wine's vibrant fruit character and natural freshness.

This wine bursts from the glass with zesty grapefruit followed by fresh and floral aromatics. Juicy acidity brings balance and perfectly offsets the wine's natural salinity, combining ripe orchard fruit with a touch of sea breeze for a crisp, lively, and tremendously refreshing finish. The 2023 vintage earned 92 points from Wine Enthusiast, which noted peach, guava, and cut-grass aromas accented by bergamot and mineral water.
