Each 3-pound bag contains individually portioned tilapia loins that are mild in flavor and versatile for various cooking methods. The loins can be baked, grilled, or sautéed from a thawed state and should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer.

To prepare, remove from all packaging and allow portions to thaw thoroughly in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours. Keep frozen until ready to use and do not refreeze once thawed. Keep raw fish separate from other food, wash hands, work areas, cutting surfaces, and utensils before and after handling.
