Takeda Shuzo Nigori Sake is a premium unfiltered Japanese sake from Takeda Brewery, located in the snow-country city of Joetsu in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Takeda Brewery has been crafting sake since 1866, and ninth-generation brewer Masanori Takeda continues to honor his family's legacy through the award-winning Katafune line and specialty releases.

Nigori sake is an unfiltered or coarsely filtered style that retains rice sediment in the bottle, resulting in a characteristically creamy, milky white appearance and a lush, full-bodied texture. Takeda's nigori offerings are noted for coconut richness balanced by crisp apple notes, with a hint of umami on the finish — a departure from the typically dry sake profile of the Niigata region.
