This 32 oz (2 lb) bag contains 100% certified organic arabica coffee, USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified, and sourced through Fair Trade partnerships with coffee-growing regions around the world.

The dark roast employs a unique slow-roasting process that caramelizes the beans and draws out a semi-sweet, full-bodied character with rich notes of dark caramel, toasty spice, and cocoa. Vermont Coffee Company has refined this roasting style since founding their small cafe in 1979, making it their signature flagship blend.

Beans are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers LLC, and the roasting process is powered entirely by 100% renewable bio-energy. For best results, grind beans close to brew time using at least 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of filtered water, and store away from light, moisture, and heat.
